I KNOW the sun rises in the east and sets in the west. I KNOW I lose weight if I don’t eat. But when it comes to religion, I used the word, BELIEVE, because I don’t know what I believe. I really don’t know whether my god exists or not. I have never seen him in person like I see the sun rising in the east. Then how can I say, ‘My god is the right god. Your god is wrong god,’ when I don’t know whether my god exists or not?
So friends, let us honor others’ religions. Let us pray that their religions help them to lead healthy, happy, responsible lives. Let us not use our religions to create tension and hate that lead to killing, but to promote peace and brotherhood on this tiny planet, called the earth.
