Man is like a car and the driver combined. His body is his car, and his mind – maybe his heart also – is the driver. Some were born as Fords. Some were born as GMs. Some were born as foreign imports.
If the driver takes his car for a tune-up every 5,000 miles, waxes his car and apply a protectant in its interior in the spring and fall, and drives under speed limits avoiding pot holes, it will stay beautiful and serve him well for years to come.
On the other hand, if the driver never takes his car for tune-ups, never waxes his car and apply a protectant in its interior, and speeds over bumps and drives over pot holes, his car will return the favor in no time.
So what is the message? I am sure you have the answer.
Remember. Time moves only in one direction. We can not go back to our past and do things over.
